New Telephone Service Hours

In order to serve our walk-in customers more efficiently during the morning opening hours, we have decided to move telephone inquiries to the afternoon.  Consequently, we will be less pressed for time and can give adequate, undivided attention to each individual request.  Effective immediately, you can call us on 031 357 72 34 from 14:00 through 17:00 Monday through Friday.  In an emergency you can still reach American Citizen Services by dialing the Embassy's main number 031 357 70 11 and be connected.

After hours, on weekends and Swiss and American holidays, please call 031 357 777 in an emergency and you will be connected with the duty officer.
