Economic & Commercial Officer Scott Woodard and Economic Specialist Raphael Vogel visited the town of Sursee on March 20, 2012. They met with a member of the town council to discuss the history, politics, and challenges of the district of Sursee. They also met with a member of parliament hailing from the district and spoke with students of the local high school about the work of the U.S. Embassy, taking questions concerning the current bilateral relationship, U.S. politics, and U.S. foreign policy.
